Our Guarantee:

1. You have only 15 days of the arrival date to report damaged/broken/missing items with photographic evidence. No refunds or exchanges can be offered after this period.

2. Refund processing can take up to 2 business days from the time we receive your return. When the package arrives, we will send you an email to confirm, and proceed to a full refund of your order, include the shipping fee that you previously purchased.

3. If the customer purchases the wrong product, finds the product unsuitable, or changes their mind about the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping the goods back to the factory. Returns are only accepted in the original condition with the manufacturer’s label. The refund amount will not exceed 70% of the total purchase value, and will be processed via PayPal transfer.
